• Provide training program to males who “age out” of the Foster Care System, those identified in the CalWORKs and Cal-Learn programs and those in the Independent Living Program and to other low income disadvantaged male youth who are at-risk of gang involvement.
• Provide, in conjunction with Bakersfield College Construction Technology Program six months of classroom instruction and six months of employment development activities as referred from the Department of Human Services.
